The “VIEW” apartment is in Cana, a medieval, little, charming and romantic village of Maremma, at 450 meters above the sea level and at 30 minutes drive from the beaches of the coast! Far from stressful places, in the fringe of Cana’s historic center you can enjoy the village’s life, restaurant and bar, as well as your retreat! The apartment is like a small, romantic nest, designed in a contemporary style by the owner, an Italian architect living in Florence and London. Why “THE VIEW? it is one of the few houses in the village with an amazing view of the sea and the gulf of Grosseto! The sight goes till the Corse island, sometimes, when the sky is clear! So romantic and idyllic to enjoy a glass of wine at the sunset!!!

The VIEW is a semi-detached house split into two levels (not connected) characterized by a pop/industrial style. First floor, but separately accessible from the street is composed by a small kitchen equipped with hob, fridge and oven. In the middle of the flat, there is a black cube with inside the bathroom! There is a small step to rise in the bath, because underneath the bathroom there is a sliding double bed of the living area.

The bed, during the day is half stored under the bath, becoming a comfortable sofa. The living area has two windows from which you have the most amazing view of Maremma and its wild nature, till the sea!!!

THE VIEW can host 2 guests; but you can combine THE RETREAT to have 4 guests occupancy in total.
