Only 15 km from the historic center of Florence, “Villa Le Masse” is in a typical Tuscan countryside. THE ROSES COTTAGE Name comes from the Roses of its small, romantic garden and from the artwork of Silvano Bavia, Roses in papie-mache and ceramic exposed in the Cottage and also for sale.

THE SPACE

The interiors are designed by the homeowner, an architect, in a very unique and contemporary/fashionable style. The interior itself is modern, full of original, bespoke features and characterized by elegant and materials, like porcelain-floor and wooden celling as well as light colours especially in the kitchen, designed by the architect. The ROSES COTTAGE, recently renovated is situated on the ground floor of the villa, with direct access to a small-private garden and to the share garden with pool. The ROSES COTTAGE is composed of: a large living room with a dining table and a sofa-bed, a bespoke kitchen equipped with all the appliances (large fridge, freezer, oven and hubs); one double bedroom, one large bathroom equipped with shower and washing machine. From the living room, the main entrance to the apartment, you have access to a small, pretty, private garden equipped as an outdoor living/dining room; from here with few steps you reach the huge common large garden, which is also the house entrance from the secure car parking. From the private small garden you have direct access also to the shared pool.

THE ROSES COTTAGE is completely accessorized, with WI-FI, TV. Towels and bed linen are offered in this self-catering accommodation as well as all kitchen wear.

GUEST ACCESS

A shared pool in the family garden is also available. From a communal gate (automatic) you have access to the private parking and shared garden, then to the Apartment. Outside the living room there is a small garden where you can spend most of your time during spring and summer, because it is equipped with outdoor living/dining furniture and sun-shield, as well as a natural shadow of a huge oak tree.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Villa Le Masse is positioned inside a Natural/archaeological Park characterized by a pristine nature made of woods and pastures and vineyards; inside the park there is also an archaeological site with the presence of ruins of a Roman villa of the first century BC. The town of Montelupo Fiorentino, about 4 km far from the loft, is well known for its traditional manufacture of art pottery that dates back to 1400, having been the official manufacturing center of ceramics for the Medici family of Florence. Villa Le Masse is in the territory of Montelupo Fiorentino, located at the south-west of Florence, logistically perfect in terms of connections; just 2 km there is the Ginestra Fiorentina exit of the freeway Firenze / Pisa / Livorno which allows you to get in 30 minutes the airport of Pisa and in 15 minutes Florence and its airport. I suggest having a car. Anyway, in Ginestra Fiorentina you can take buses to and from Florence center.
